Making change

This one broke the "camel's back”. After all the bad news this week: Gonzales, death in Iraq, conditions in Iraq (80% of the citizens have no access to clean drinking water), the stacked Supreme Court taking away more rights, Virginia Tech, etc., etc. An article in the Boston Globe by Stephanie V. Siek brought this to my attention: If you are visually impaired and live in Bangladesh or any one of the other 171 countries who issue currency you have some way of identifying different values of paper currency...except if you happen to live in the United States. That's right folks we're the only ones.
