Given his history why should the Judge be believed? What did anyone expect him to say? Here is a man who has established that he has no regard for the rights of any citizens save a small percentage of rich, white, Christian, republicans. If he was not he would not have been nominated by a rich, white, Christian, republican, court appointed, corporate sponsored president. Bush will be gone in two years (or sooner) this dangerous man will bring his philosophy to bear on generations.
